Chrome-like water of Neva
Echoes from the desolate plains
Grey shades of embankment
Dead kids under blanket
Cold and merciless
Now I know how hell looks like
Cradles above graveyards,
Current of wretched human souls
Still yet endless
Dead river runs black
My hopes buried beneath the waves
Sadism of existence
Has just taken a new meaning
Death has routinely erased
Another one
I finger feed my little Anna
So she could live on
Still I`m left alive by a lucky chance
Winter 1941
It was decided to eat her alive
My daughter was only nine
And wouldn’t have made it through the night, any way!

Fear’s rendered me immune to shrapnel, yet blind to caress
we’re wretched souls of mangled corpses a fury of hollow shells
howling thru hell
ghosts of occupied
believing that one day the polar star
shall guide us out
This place - forever engraved in my soul
This place - where insane and dead withstand as they nascent
For we are stronger then death
Frost ridden wrath, beyond human core
The first response group marches on
